Misery by Stephen King :: Misery Stephen King Book Report

Wretchedness by Stephen King Book Report The tales setting happens in Western Colorado. In Western Colorado in a home of a resigned nurture named Annie is the place the entire story happens. Annie's house is a two story log lodge out in the center of no place. The nearest neighbors are miles away. It happens in winter blizzards. The story is about Paul Sheldon who is the creator of a top of the line arrangement of romance books including its mainstream character Misery Chastain. Since 1974, he has completed the principal drafts of every one of his books in the Silver Creek Lodge in Colorado. Completing his new novel, Â'Fast Cars' he drives to L.A. ignorant that the Western Slope of Colorado will be hit with probably the greatest blizzard of the year in a couple of hours. Resolved to pass through this, he loses control of his vehicle, and drives off the street, tumbling down the precarious slope and falling oblivious. Paul is saved from the fender bender by a lady named Annie Wilkes, an accomplished medical caretaker who lives close by. As Paul waves all through cognizance, he hears a voice revealing to him that she's his number one fan. Annie takes him not to a medical clinic, yet to her home, placing him in an extra room. As Paul recovers cognizance, he lies there totally powerless, being not able to move anything from his midsection down. She feeds and washes him and supports his messed up legs, giving him Novril for his agony. Paul comes to like Annie; in any event, letting her read his new original copy. Annie doesn't care for it. It's around this time Misery's Child, the most recent and last book featuring Misery Chastain, hits the racks.
